When and how to calibrate?
The first time you load paper, every time you change label size, and when you switch to another brand of label, please calibrate.
Press the feed button and hold on until hearing one beep, release it, and the printer will automatically calibrate.
Why printing blurry/too light/fail to scan?
-Please clean the carbon buildup/dust/adhesive residue/paper debris on the printer head regularly with alcohol swab.
-Adjust the "Print density" setting/"Print effect" setting.
-It is recommended to use PEDOOLO thermal label paper.
Why printing too small/too big/side-ways?
-Generally,check if you select the right format (4"x6") from the shipping platform.
-For a full-size 8.5"x11" page, please “crop” it to a 4"x6" label on the APP.
-Please calibrate and check the "paper size" setting or the "margin" setting.
Why the printer not work/stop working?
-Check if you use the original power adapter in the package.
-Check if the paper is correctly placed with the front side facing up.
